While we maintain social distancing, our office wants to ensure we continue to provide you with educational information and answers to
your plant questions or concerns.

We are currently not taking any plant samples in our office
but you do have the following options available.

• Fill out the form below including your contact information, concern, and upload a picture of plant or insect.
• For any lawn or grass questions submit a sample to
  Texas Plant Disease Diagnostic Lab.
